This booking app is operated by Louise's home studio. By making a booking through this app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
3. Arrival Times
Customers are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion to avoid affecting other customers.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 37 hours before the appointment time without charge.
Cancellations made less than 37 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in:

Where applicable, a deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the haircut unless paid in advance through the app.
6. Prices
Prices displayed in the app are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact details when booking. Any allergies, skin conditions, or other relevant concerns should be disclosed before the service begins.
8. Our Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
9. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
